Spinach stew (khoresht esfenag)

Ingredients: (4 servings)
Spinach: 1/5 kg
Chicken: 700 grams
Onion: 2
Lime juice: 2-3 spoons
Water
Turmeric
Oil
Salt
Pepper
Direction:
Wash spinach and cut in 2-3 parts.
Cut chickens, add salt and fry.
Cut onions in small pieces and fry, add turmeric, then pour spinaches and fry (very lightly),
add 2 glasses of water, once water start boiling turn down the heat and add chickens.
Let this delicious and healthy food continues boiling for 30-45 min, then add salt, lime juice and pepper. After 5 min stew is ready.
This delicious stew can serve with white rice.
