iranian food - Potato kookoo (kookoo sibzamini)

Ingredients: (4 serving)
  • Potato: 1 kg
  • Egg: 3-4
  • Onion: 2
  • Oil: 1 cup 
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Turmeric
Direction:
Wash potatoes and put in the pot, add 2-3 glasses of water, after boiling let cook for 30 min. peel the cooked potatoes and plane it.
Peel onions and plane, then mix with potatoes. Creak eggs and add to potato and onion. Add black pepper, salt, and turmeric. Then mix them and stir completely.
Pour oil into non-stick pan, when oil become hot, turn down the heat and pour mixed ingredients and spread them completely with the back of spoon, put the pan’s lid on and let cook with low heat for 10 min. cut kookoo in 4 parts radially and turn over them until cooking for another 10 min
This dinner food can bee more delicious if serve with bread and salad..
